The bar is fully working during your event: our bartenders are there for your group, not the general public.

No in-house catering rules, no preferred-vendor lock-in. Order from your group's favorite spot and we'll keep the glasses full.

Wings, BBQ, sandwiches, pizza, a birthday cake or a full catered spread: if it feeds your group, it's welcome here. We'll help you time it around the racing heats.
Outside food is always welcome: bring whatever your group likes, no fees and no restrictions.

Drinks are not included, and that's a feature
The hourly rate covers the venue and every game in it. Drinks are sold at the bar at friendly prices, and you control the spend two ways:

Set a limit with drink tickets
Hand out a fixed number of tickets per guest. Budget exactly what you planned.
House rule: all drinks come from our bar. No outside beverages. Outside food? Bring whatever you like.

Questions we get every week
How many guests can we bring?
Up to 49 guests with the whole venue to yourselves. Up to 12 people race at the same time and up to 6 play each VR arena game, so the group rotates between racing, VR, consoles and the bar.
Can we bring our own food or a cake?
Yes. Bring any food or catering you like, including a birthday cake, with no fees. Drinks come from our bar only.
How do drinks work?
Drinks are not part of the hourly rate. Open one group tab, or hand out drink tickets so every guest gets a set number of drinks and you stay on budget.
How far ahead should we book?
At least 3 days ahead. For November and December weekends, book as early as you can: holiday dates go first.
Can you open before regular hours?
Yes. We open earlier for booked events, so a morning, lunch or weekday daytime event works. Just tell us the time you want.
How long do the games take?
A VR arena game takes about 45 minutes including setup. A race on the simulators takes 15 to 18 minutes. With 2 to 3 hours, everyone gets to do both.
We're only a small group. Do we need a buyout?
No. Smaller groups can book VR games and races on wantecvr.com any day. A buyout is for when you want the whole place to yourselves.
